What does "Founding pricing locked for life" mean?
If you join during the Founding window, your annual rate never increases for as long as your subscription stays active. We'll add features and improvements; your price stays put.
Do I have to enter a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day free trial requires only an email. You enter payment details only if you decide to continue past the trial.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
You can export everything at any time — entries, portfolios, attendance, expenses — as PDF and CSV. Cancellation deactivates access; your data export remains yours.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move up to a Co-op, Microschool, or Umbrella plan when you outgrow Family. Move back down anytime. Your records and history carry over.
Is School Proofing approved as an ESA vendor?
Arizona reconsideration is in progress. Most ESA programs accept the platform as a documentation tool for tracking eligible expenses, even where direct vendor enrollment isn't required. Check your state's specific rules.
