Agreement

By creating an account or using School Proofing ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Joticle, Inc.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and to provide accurate information. You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the activity on your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials and founding-family pricing have specific terms displayed at signup.

Acceptable use

No abusive behavior, no impersonation, no scraping, no attempts to circumvent security. Schools and ESA programs must not use the Service to misrepresent their families' compliance status.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to journal entries, attachments, and other content you upload. We have a limited license to display, store, and process that content as needed to provide the Service. The Service itself (software, UI, brand) belongs to Joticle, Inc.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement. We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Your data export options remain available for 30 days after termination.
